Processing Times: generally, a minimum of 5-7 business days for completed applications

Holding Deposits: After your application has been approved, we require payment of a holding deposit which is equal to one half of the monthly rent. Should you not sign the lease or accept occupancy on the stated possession date, we are authorized to rent the premises to someone else and retain your holding deposit as liquidated damages.

Tenant's Insurance: is mandatory. As a tenant you are liable i.e. legally responsible for any harm you cause to any part of your building and others who live or visit there. Your possessions are more valuable than you might think and replacing everything all at once, due to theft, fire or water damage may cost you a few thousand dollars.

Pet Policy: with the exception of the one or other smaller property, we have a "no pet policy" for all of our buildings.

Existing Tenants:
Please regularly update your contact information.

Maintenance and Repairs:
Important! To report an emergency, please always contact the Management Office directly at 902-469-5449. This telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What is an emergency? An emergency is usually something that presents an immediate risk to safety, security or health such as: no lighting or power, no heat, major pipe bursts or leaks, lack of drinking water, lack of hot water, structural failure, lock malfunction.

For all non-emergency repairs or maintenance requests, please sign in to your tenant portal and submit a request. Please contact the office if you have not yet set up your tenant portal.
